He is currently a Staff Director in the Network Management organization at Verizon Science & Technology Division, Mr. Gibbs is an architect in software testing for the deployment of the Customer Service Management (CSM) system for the overall Verizon Corporation.

As an Electrical Engineer with 13 years experience in the Telecommunication industry, Mr. Gibbs' expertise while working for Nynex, Bell Atlantic and Verizon ranges from Outside Plant, Central Office, Data Networking and Network Management
An audio purist, his devotion to issues regarding his homeland nation, Haiti, is second to none.
Mr. Gibbs holds an MS degree in Management of Technology (MOT) from Polytechnic University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Pratt.
