Scott Bowie is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he maintains a global investment fund practice.

Mr. Bowie did his undergraduate studies at The London School of Economic and Political Science and at Occidental College, where he received an A.B., cum laude with Highest Honors, in International Relations. He received his law degree from UCLA School of Law in 1988.

While Mr. Bowie is not a member of the board, he has served since January 2001, as advisor to the board on a pro bono basis.
